As of right now PEARL BLACK BY NGP does not ship, all manufacturing and shipping is done by third party suppliers. If there is any issue with shipping contact us directly by going to our contacts page    and filling out the form provided. Because i take full responsibility for any mistakes i will contact our supplier directly and get to bottom of any issue in professional and timely manner
